Our Epoxy Floor Process

The key to long lasting epoxy floors is proper surface preparation. We use diamond tipped grinders to scarify the concrete surface giving the epoxy a strong and long lasting hold. 

We use some of the BEST products available today. Epoxy2U has been featured on popular television shows and is widely used across the US by epoxy floor installation professionals. 

After a colored base coat of epoxy is applied, we use a "full-broadcast" flake system. This means the entire floor is covered with flake. This will cover up much of the base coat. This process adds a sophisticated appearance and more slip resistance than a epoxy-only floor. 

After the base coat and flake system have cured, we cover everything with a high gloss, clear top coat. This top coat seals the flakes, smooths the surface and adds an additional layer of strength and protection to the floor. This top coat is chemical and impact resistant.
